5 Fugitives Wanted For Assaulting Officer, Drugs, More Nabbed In Somerset County

All five fugitives were arrested in Somerset County and being in jail, authorities said.

Members of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Task Force Unit apprehended the following five individuals Aug. 19, Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said.

• Victor Sierra, 41, of Bound Brook: For a violation of probation on a 3rd degree Possession of CDS offense.
• Donald Bush, 43, of Raritan Borough: For failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 3rd degree Possession of CDS offense.
• Timothy Duffy, 41, of Warren Township: For a violation of probation on a 3rd degree Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer Offense and 3rd degree Possession of CDS offense.
• William Barkalow, 43, of Bedminster: For a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 3rd degree Possession of CDS offense.
• Kelly Meister, 50, of Manville: For a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 4th degree Operating a motor vehicle while suspended (2nd violation) offense.

The individuals were apprehended without incident and lodged at the Somerset County Jail pending an appearance in Somerset County Superior Court.
